Expected Outcomes
- Provide immediate essential food and hygiene support to vulnerable families and children in Chandannagar.
- Strengthen community ties by activating local volunteers and partner groups for coordinated relief work.
- Raise awareness about hygiene and nutrition among recipients through short on-site guidance by volunteers.
- Document the distribution and feedback to inform future drives and ensure transparency in aid delivery.
Volunteer Instructions & Notes
- All volunteers are requested to arrive by 8:30 AM for setup and briefing.
- Carry ID and wear the volunteer T-shirts.
- Maintain decorum and follow the instructions of event organisers for fair distribution.
